THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

As you know from our medical publications and seminars, our health and longevity is basically a matter of healthy diet and physical activity. With special reference to our immune system and self-healing power of our body and mind.     
 
Concerning the latter, our cognitive function plays the decisive role, to be strengthened specifically.
