Headache is certainly one of the most frequent health issues. With some 150 types. Primary (by itself) and secondary in relation to adjacent health problems.  In this blog we will focus on 5 different types, including migraine, to help to understand the background of respective headache specifically. THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

​Headache is one of the most prevalent health issues of mankind, With potentially some 150 (!) types.
 
Primary and secondary types. Primary if the headache is basic or secondary, if there is another health issue behind.
 
Although we cannot consider in detail all of those, let us look closely at least at 5
