Memory & Concentration
Our brain uses 1/5 of our daily energy is not an organ like our liver that is able to store up nutrients (needs intake, regularly), needs a lot of fluid – to make the blood flow and bring oxygen, needs rest: sufficient sleep at night and maybe a ‘power-nap’ during the day. So make sure you eat properly, drink enough and get your sleep at night.
There are herbs supporting memory and concentration the natural. If you and/or your children experience symptoms like nervous agitation, restlessness, attention deficit or stress in general, you should have a look at these herbs. Please always use herbs with caution. There may be intolerance and/or drug interactions to be considered. |

Ginkgo is thought to be the oldest tree on the continent, native to China, growing all over the world.Traditionally it is used to treat poor circulation and to maintain blood flow to the central nervous system. Research suggests that Ginkgo improves poor cerebral circulation and aids memory and concentration. We recommend to use the whole herb and not an extract. Ginkgo leaves contain 40 different active ingredients. For extracts only two of these are used. Extracts may have side effects like dizziness. These do usually not occur when taking the whole herb.
