Exercise – preferably aerobic – is not only a basic prerequisite for supporting our health but also to ban premature death. Economically cheap, and easy to follow. Read on to learn about details.  

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

As you have learned latest from our publications and seminars, to support and save our health, 2 basic pillars need to be built on: healthy food and (basically aerobic) physical exercise.
 
With special reference to those 86% of non-age-related premature death as the consequence of more than 1800 unsolved (‘chronic’) diseases according to the World Health Organization statistics. With heart failure, cancer and diabetes on top.

POWER OF LONG-TERM EXERCISE – SCIENTIFICALLY VERIFIED

Recently supported by a meta-analysis with 100,000 participants followed up over 30 years. Demonstrating that especially regular exercise cuts the risk of premature death considerably.
 
This is especially true for adults exercising at last 150 up to 300 minutes per week moderately or 300 to 600 minutes moderately.
 
  • Which types of exercise?
 
You don’t have to exercise in a fancy way, all what counts is the movement, not the kind.
 
E.g., to pick a small and easy to follow sample:
 
- walk instead of driving any yard/meter
- use stairs instead of elevators
- do an extra walk after dinner in the evening
- do some gardening and/or yard work
- wash our car
 
But count the minutes to know if you are in line with the timely recommendations indicated above.
