Diabetes 2 – body’s inability to regulate blood sugar – can compromise our whole body system, as it may cause, inter alia, heart disease, kidney failure,  atherosclerosis, stroke, brain shrinkage (reason for Alzheimer’s/dementia), and even cancer. An ailment affecting 10% of the U.S. population. Not enough, diabetes is the 6th leading cause of premature death in the U.S. Despite of $114 billion anti-diabetic drug sales per year in this country, leaving more than 60,000 dead so far, because of side effects. Fortunately, nature (natural medicine, to be more precise) shows you how to avoid this fate - just read on...

Philosophy Behind

Bruce Maloney from Wichita, KS, asks:
My granddad and my dad, both died of diabetes. It seems there is no way out of this vicious cycle. Am I the next under ground?

Dr. Fritz:

Diabetes – body’s inability to regulate blood sugar – can compromise our whole body system, as it may cause, inter alia, heart disease, kidney failure,  atherosclerosis, stroke, brain shrinkage (reason for Alzheimer’s/dementia), and even cancer. An ailment affecting 10% of the U.S. population.

Not enough, diabetes is the 6th leading cause of premature death in the U.S. Despite of $114 billion anti-diabetic drug sales per year in this country, leaving more than 60,000 dead so far, because of side effects.

Just take the leading diabetes drug produced by American pharma giant Bristol-Myers Squibb which, according to the producer himself, has at least 80 potential side effects.

Almost a century after the Canadian doctor Frederick Banting was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for his pioneering research on insulin in 1923.

Nature's Answer

To circumvent this fate of diabetes personally, avoidance of risk factors  such as, inter alia,  physical and emotional stress, sedentary lifestyle, obesity and malnutrition, is the answer. With natural alternatives, scientifically validated.

Only recently, a mega-study was performed at Great Britain’s University of East Anglia’s Norwich Medical School in cooperation with King’s College in London, concluding that diet high in certain flavonoids to be found, inter alia, in tea, berries, grapes and other red or blue colored fruits and vegetables such as celery, thyme and parsley protect against type 2 diabetes by lowering insulin resistance and supporting better blood glucose  management.

Personalized Health Plan

Unlike the myth suggesting that 'one size fits all', to avoid or overcome any kind of illness (chronic or not) requires a distinctively personalized therapy strictly in line with your individual metabolism. (Please note: 7 billion inhabitants of our globe the Earth have 7 billion different metabolisms.)
