Although women in status of pregnancy may avoid taking this herb.
 
According to research at the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria in Santa Maria, Brazil.
 
Oil distilled from the leaves of

Eucalyptus

are not only antibacterial and antiviral but also pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory, based on their natural compounds such as tannins and flavonoids.
 
Based on research at, inter alia, the Arab American University in Jenin and the Al-Quds University in East Jerusalem – both Israel.

Borage Oil

The seeds of the starflower plant are containing high amounts of gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), not only supporting the immune system but relieving rheumatoid arthritic pain.
