HOW OVERCOME FEVER NATURALLY?

11/17/2019

Fever, i.e. rising of body’s temperature, is no health issue but our body’s weapon to fight certain health conditions like infection and inflammation. Although it seems most convenient to react synthetically, nature’s kingdom has its own smooth modalities based on biologic laws. For adults and children/infants alike. Read on to learn more about.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

Fever is not a disease but a side-effect of such, i.e., body’s answer usually to fight off an infection. Also, it may be caused by inflammation or e.g., by certain medications or vaccines. Heating up the body to 100 degrees F and above.

NATURAL ANSWERS – SCIENTIFICALLY VALIDATED

lthough many tend to calm down the fever with synthetics – thus creating and potentiating further side effects – nature gives us quite a few and most effective modalities at hand to reach normal body temperature (98.6 degrees F) again. Without debilitating side effects but in line with natural laws.

Scientifically validated internationally by, inter alia, Universitario da UNIFASF in Petrolina, Brazil, University of Padua in Padua, Italy, the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, etc.

While there are slight differences between adults and children/infants, these are the basic modalities.

  • Rest

In order to save energy which is required by the body to overcome an infection. Especially children/infants should rest until the fever is gone for good. Sometimes supporting with nice music and/or reading them a book.

  • Drink Water

The body requires more water to balance the higher temperature and avoid dehydration.

Since it is sometimes not easy to feed children/infants additional water, you can also give them, e.g., diluted fruit juice, warm chicken broth, or flavored jello, etc.

  • Take Bath

Taking a tepid bath can help the body to cool off.

If the children/infants are hesitant, just put a warm washcloth on the forehead for soothing the fever.

  • Dress Lightly

Since too much clothing can well raise the body temperature even higher, try to dress lightly.
