LOSE WEIGHT WITH PHYSICAL EXERCISE?

To lose weight for better health and longevity, physical exercise is not only an ideal cathartic method, besides healthy diet, but may be highly enjoyable if chosen wisely between different forms as focused on in this blog. Read on to learn more about.  

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

Two thirds of the U.S. population are overweight, half of those even obese. Unfortunately, this is not just a matter of lacking beauty and attractiveness. It is primarily a basic precondition of debilitating disease and even premature death.
 
To counteract, 2 basic lifestyle factors are of special relevance: healthy/nutritious diet and

 APPROPRIATE PHYSICAL EXERCISE – SCIENTIFICALLY VALIDATED

Running

s type of exercise is definitely not only one of the best ways to lose weight with special reference to fat cells and a plus of calories, but is of cardiovascular support as well.
 
Although it got to be practiced over some weeks or even months – usually free of charge and without certain equipment or specific training – in your neighborhood, wherever it is. Starting with a couple of minutes to extend the time according to feasibility and fun.

Walking

Although it is of lower intensity than running, there are advantages. Because not only is it easier to move ahead longer stretches of way than with running but this can be performed in any environment, e.g. in the countryside and/or on the beach, etc., with potentially more motivation and enjoyment.

Cycling

is even more intense than walking because of the higher leg performance, especially by pushing pedals faster and uphill. Regardless if cycling to and from work regularly, or just for fun.
 
Additionally, besides calorie and weight restriction, frequent walking (instead of just sitting behind the steering wheel) may support memory, ability to learn and think, and prepare for sound sleep at night.

Swimming

Besides of its benefit as a cardiovascular exercise specifically, this form of exercise is one of the best for losing calories. Although it may not be that handy like walking, if you do not live on poolside ore close to woods or shore.  

Resistance exercise

such as weight training not only may improve density and size of muscles of the body but is also beneficial to support the resting metabolic rate, i.e. burning of calories at rest.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

This is a more contemporary form of workout involving different short and/or high intensity activities. Including periods of recovery between the bouts. E.g., 4 minutes intensity exercise replaced by 3 minutes of recovery, and back again.
