Erectile dysfunction (ED) is absolutely nothing to feel ashamed about, although it affects self-esteem, leading to anxiety or depression in many cases.
 
In fact, we differ between 2 types of ED:
 
     *    Primary ED

           We talk about this very rare type of ED if no erection is possible ever.
  • Secondary ED
           This type refers to most ED cases, which happens once in a while to   
            some 30 million American men.   
 
Especially in the latter case, there are natural modalities, physically and psychologically, to manage ED successfully.
 
Depending on the underlying cause like, e.g., neurological issues, diabetes-related nerve damage, or cardiovascular disease.
 
E.g., blood pressure drugs may decrease blood flow to the penis, making erections difficult or even avoid them.
