Most commonly, obesity is an issue of unfavorite lifestyle and nutrition. Fortunately, however, nature offers us a wide range of plants to manage this irregularity. Read on to draw on these almost unlimited resources in nature's kingdom.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

According to U.S. governmental Centers for Disease Control and Prevention two thirds of the population are overweight. More than that: 40% of the adults are even obese, i.e. 30% beyond of what they got to be with respect to their gender and age.

With the consequence of manifold health issues related to.

IIn order to fight obesity, it is certainly helpful to cut down nutrition containing simple carbs and  starches. At the same time increasing protein consumption, complex carbs with fiber and healthy fats. Also, cut down calories.

With potential reference to 'fat burning' foods like vegetables and fruits etc. such as, inter alia,
- broccoli
- avocados
- garlic
- ginger
- chilies
- onions
- celery
- green tea
- pineapple

which may help to manage obesity.
i

Even more.

Fortunately, there are more than 50 plant families in nature with an anti-obesity effect. Based on their phytochemical constituents.  With special reference to flavonoids such as
- quercetin
- catechin
- rutin
   and
- phenolic acids.

                                                      ASIAN HOME OF POWERFUL PLANTS

These specific plant families are basically native Asia, with special reference to China. Korea, Japan, Malaysia, etc.

According to research at, inter alia
-  School  of Pharmacy and Technology Management in New Delhi, India
    &
- University of Science and Technology in Daejeon, Korea

With special reference to the power of a specific Chinese tropical plant with the botanical name

* Mallotus furetianus (MFE)

which inhibits fat accumulation as we learn from the Graduate School of Human Life and Ecology at Osaka Metropolitan University in Osaka, China.

This herbal medicine does not only control weight and body fat but also supports the liver. Proven, inter alia, by the fact that the population of the Chinese Hainan Island who are used to consume this plant frequently, are also known for their healthy weight management with the lowest obesity in China. As scientifically verified by the U.S. governmental Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

This is well in line with the scientifically proven fact that support of our health in general is largely dependable on medicinal herbs. With special reference to the fact that obese folks basically do not metabolize body fat but incorporate it. As scientifically verified inter alia at Lenox Hill Hospital  in New York.
