Might you have any particular helpful information on arthritis in the hands? It seems my 65 year old self is doing very well every where else. However the hands - quite another story. Every digit can yet type. But. Knuckles are all enlarged,and I cannot stretch hands and fingers out straight, let alone bend backwards as I once could. My hands alone would testify to an age of 85.
