THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

In order to curb the COVID-19 pandemic as effective as possible, physical distancing such as self-isolation, quarantine, lockdowns and stay-at-home-orders have been (self-)implemented in some cases. Partly along with closure of schools and/or work places.
 
However, since man is an ecologic phenomenon, any physical distancing comes with mental consequences as well. Covid-19 being no exception. With special reference to anxiety and stress. As a kind of vicious cycle.

While the enjoyment about favorable situations of the past and presence are fundamental, looking forward to challenging times ahead, is specifically favorable to supersede the situation of physical seclusion at least emotionally.
