Millions of our citizens suffer from poor digestion expressed by different ways of discomfort. Fortunately yet, nature offers us appropriate possibilities to adjust our diet and lifestyle accordingly. Which we may not want to overlook. Supported by science and governmental authorities. Read on to learn about details.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

Poor digestion is a very common discomfort. Expressed by symptoms like, inter alia,
- constipation
- abdominal cramps
- bloating
- dyspepsia (indigestion)
   &
- heartburn

In this respect, up to 15% of U.S. citizens are affected by
  • irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
and up to almost 1 million are affected by
  • inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
with special reference to
- Crohn’s disease
   and
- Ulcerative colitis
Accompanied by inflammation and irritation in the digestive tract.

As documented by the U.S. governmental National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIH).

Additionally, indigestion may also result from, inter alia,

- stress
- poor hydration
- processed food
- food intolerance
And even from

- certain medications
   &
- diabetes/high blood sugar
according to another U.S. governmental body – the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Fortunately, there are

NATURAL ANSWERS – SCIENTIFICALLY VERIFIED

to rebuild good digestion, with special reference to appropriate diet and lifestyle adjustments, as follows.

In terms of diet:

  • Fermented food

such as, inter alia,

- sauerkraut

- probiotic yogurt
- kefir
- sourdough bread
- miso

Based on research at, inter alia, the University College Cork in Cork, Ireland.

Also, 30 grams of

  • Fiber

daily derived from, inter alia

- fresh & dried fruit

- fresh vegetables
- whole grain
- beans
- nuts/seeds
are beneficial according to U.S. governmental Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2020-2025 (DGA) of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) are strongly recommended.

In terms of lifestyle adjustment:

According to the American Psychological Association (APA) in Washington, DC,

  • Relaxation

with respect to

- exercising regularly

   &
- sound sleep

is highly recommendable.

  • Gas management

Swallowing certain foods and/or doing this too quickly may cause too much gas. Trapped in the gut, leading to stomach discomfort and bloating.

That’s why the U.S. governmental National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIH) supports
  • rubbing the belly
for quicker move of the gas through the body.
