More than 6 million U.S. youngsters are struck with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Nature may offer relieve based on easily viable dietary adjustment. Read on to learn about details.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

According to U.S. National Survey of Children’s Health (NSCH), more than 6 million children in the country aged 2-17 are struck with ADHD, a neurodevelopmental health issue. Additional to more than 4% of adults suffering same problem. Verified by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

To put it in practical terms, these ADHD-related kids are fidget and hyperactive in permanent action such as running/climbing/jumping. Easily distracted from following instructions and paying attention.

Leading to inadequate social/academic/economic problems, increasing also the risk of injury and even hospitalization.

To get out of this seemingly vicious cycle, almost 2 thirds of these ADHD-struck kids are treated with synthetic drugs. Unfortunately, lacking appropriate success.

NATURE’S ANSWER – SCIENTIFICALLY VERIFIED

Only recently, Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, carried out a study with children aged 6-12 suffering ADHD, based on healthy diet with special reference to fruits and vegetables, to decrease ADHD symptoms.
