Since mankind has entered our planet the Earth 2 ½ million years ago strictly based on natural laws, man has also learned how to support health and recover from illness – naturally. Wherever man went ashore. Not only in the Middle East, as it is documented in the Holy Bible more than 2000 years ago. Also in India where folks identified, inter alia, yoga for their physical, mental and spiritual health and which has finally reached also our civilization. Not as an alternative to our own natural health modalities but as an addition. Just read on to learn about yoga's specific health benefits. All scientifically validated.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

Since mankind entered our globe the Earth 2 ½ million years ago, our existence is strictly based on natural laws. I.e., support and recovery of our health is only possible with natural remedies and modalities.

Anxiety Relief
